Rengstorff Grade Separation, Design and Right-of-Way, Project 22-27 - Professional Services Agreement
Recommended Action
Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute a professional services agreement with Associated Right of Way Services, Inc., a California corporation (Entity No. 1561126), to provide acquisition, relocation, and appraisal services for Rengstorff Grade Separation, Design and Right-of-Way, Project 22-27, in a not-to-exceed amount of $540,000, for a total compensation amount of $590,000. Approximately 10% of the total costs from preliminary engineering through construction for the Rengstorff Grade Separation project will be funded by the Shoreline Regional Park Community Fund.
