Amendment to the Joint Use Agreement with Mountain View Whisman School District, Payment for Restroom Facilities at Castro, Imai, and Landels Elementary School
Recommended Action
1. Authorize the City Manager or designees to execute an Amendment to the Joint Use Agreement between the Mountain View Whisman School District and the City of Mountain View for recreational use of school sites (Attachment 1).
2. Accept the restroom facilities at Castro, Imai, and Landels Elementary Schools installed by the Mountain View Whisman School District for use by the public during non-school hours.
3. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Mountain View Authorizing the City Manager or Designee to Reimburse the Mountain View Whisman School District a Total of Nine Hundred Forty-One Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-One Dollars and Five Cents ($941,571.05) as the City’s share of the Cost to Install the Restroom Facilities at Castro, Imai, and Landels Elementary Schools, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 3).
