Recommended Action

Introduce an Ordinance of the City of Mountain View Approving a First Amendment to the Development Agreement By and Between the City of Mountain View and LinkedIn Corporation for the LinkedIn Middlefield Campus on a 28.7-Acre Site Located at 700-810 East Middlefield Road and 1100-1200 Maude Avenue (APNs: 165-38-001 and 165-38-009) to Extend the Term by Five Years, to be read in title only, further reading waived, and set a second reading for October 27, 2026 (Attachment 1 to the Council report).
