Environmental Sustainability Action Plan 3.

Recommended Action

Adopt the Environmental Sustainability Action Plan 3 (ESAP-3) as a continuing road map for the City’s sustainability initiatives for Fiscal Years 2016-17 through 2018-19, as shown in Attachment 1 to the Council report, and appropriate and transfer $100,000 from the General Fund Reserve to the General Fund.  (Five votes required)
