Minor Downtown Precise Plan Amendments
Recommended Action
1. Rescind the Environmental Planning Commission’s recommendation on Item 5.1 - Minor Downtown Precise Plan Updates made at the June 26, 2024, meeting; and
2. Recommend the City Council adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Mountain View Amending the Downtown Precise Plan to Update Land Use Table for Areas D, E, H, I and J, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Exhibit 1 to the Staff Report).
