Recommended Action
Acting in its capacity as the Board of Directors of the Shoreline Regional Park Community, authorize the Community Manager or designee to execute a sole source professional services agreement with Tetra Tech BAS, Inc., a California corporation (Entity No. 1346576) to provide design and construction support services for Field Renovations - Shoreline Athletic Fields, Project 27-28, in a not-to-exceed amount of $880,000, of which 100% is from the Shoreline Regional Park Community Fund.
