Shoreline Lake Cove and Hill Landscaping, Project 24-37-Various Actions
Recommended Action
Acting in its joint capacity as City Council and Board of Directors of the Shoreline Regional Park Community:
1. Find that, in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements, Shoreline Lake Cove and Hill Landscaping, Project 24-37, is categorically exempt as Class 1, Existing Facilities, under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301.
2. Approve plans and specifications for Shoreline Lake Cove and Hill Landscaping, Project 24-37, and authorize staff to advertise the project for bidding.
3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to award a construction contract to the lowest responsive responsible bidder if the bid is within the available project budget of $1,340,000. 100% of project funding is from the Shoreline Regional Park Community Fund.
