Recommended Action
That the Zoning Administrator approve a Heritage Tree Removal Permit to remove one Heritage tree and plant two replacement trees, in association with a previously-approved 100% affordable housing development (PL-2021-169) on a 0.47-acre site; and a recommended determination that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15304 (“Minor Alterations to Land”) of the CEQA Guidelines. This project is located at the northwest corner of Terra Bella Avenue and San Rafael Avenue in the P (Planned Community) Zoning District.
