Recommended Action
Request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a church use (The Church in Mountain View) to occupy an existing 7,546 square feet building for bible study groups on a 0.93-acre site; and a recommended determination that the project is categorically exempt pursuant to Section 15301 (“Existing Facilities”) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines. This project is located on the south side of East Dana Street between Pioneer Way and South Whisman Road in the MM (General Industrial) Zoning District.
