Recommended Action
1. Adopt an Ordinance of the City of Mountain View Approving a First Amendment to the Development Agreement By and Between the City of Mountain View and LinkedIn Corporation for the LinkedIn Middlefield Campus on a 28.7-acre Site Located at 700-810 East Middlefield Road and 1100-1200 Maude Avenue (APNs: 165-38-001 and 165-38-009), to Extend the Term by Five Years, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1 to the Council report) (First reading: 7-0).
2. Upon receipt of the funds, appropriate the $1.6 Million Public Benefit Fee to the Mountain View Affordable Housing Fund (Five votes required).
