Recommended Action
The purpose of this Study Session, the first of two planned prior to the Council’s scheduled adoption of the CIP in June, is to obtain initial Council input to guide staff in its preparation of the Fiscal Year 2016-17 CIP, which will be presented to the Council at a Study Session in May.
