Request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a research and development office use in a 11,594 square foot tenant space in an existing 23,187 square foot commercial building on a 1.51-acre site; and a recommended determination that the project is categorically exempt pursuant to Section 15301 ("Existing Facilities") of the CEQA Guidelines. This project is located on the southwest corner of Terra Bella Avenue and San Rafael Avenue in the MM (General Industrial) Zoning District.
