Rengstorff House Restoration, Interior and Outdoor, Design and Improvements, Project 22-38-Professional Services Agreement
Recommended Action
1. Acting in its joint capacity as City Council and Board of Directors of the Shoreline Regional Park Community, authorize the City Manager or designee to execute a professional services agreement with Page and Turnbull, Inc., a California corporation, (Entity No. 739454), to provide professional design and construction support services for Rengstorff House Restoration, Interior and Outdoor, Design and Improvements, Project 22-38, in a not-to-exceed amount of $920,027, of which 100% is from the Shoreline Regional Park Community Fund.
2. Acting in its capacity as Board of Directors of the Shoreline Regional Park Community, transfer and appropriate $500,000 from the Shoreline Regional Park Community Fund to Rengstorff House Restoration, Interior and Outdoor, Design and Improvements, Project 22-38, increasing the project budget from $1,000,000 to $1,500,000, of which 100% is from the Shoreline Regional Park Community Fund.
