Recommended Action

Adopt an Ordinance Repealing Article I of Chapter 21, Section 21.1 of the Mountain View City Code Related to Loitering in the Median Strip Within a City Street and Amending the Mountain View City Code as follows:  Articles VI and XIII of Chapter 2, Sections 2.76, 2.83, 2.204, and 2.211 Related to the Centralized Purchasing System; Article II of Chapter 15, Section 15.15 Related to Mobile Vending Permits; Article I of Chapter 21, Section 21.28 Related to Solicitation Prohibited in the Public Right-of-Way; and Article I of Chapter 27, Section 27.17 Related to Encroachment on City Property, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1 to the Council report).  (First reading:  7-0)
