Recommended Action
That the Zoning Administrator approve a Development Review Permit (PL-18356) to construct minor site modifications, including the removal of 12 non-Heritage trees and associated landscape modifications, and a Heritage Tree Removal Permit (HTR-13198) to remove 26 Heritage trees in an existing residential mobile home park on a 17.34-acre site; and a recommended determination that the project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant to Section 15304 ("Minor Alterations to Land") of the CEQA Guidelines. This project is located on the south side of East El Camino Real, at the intersection of the Stevens Creek Trail and Highway 237 in the RMH (Mobile Home Park) Zoning District.
