Recommended Action
Request for a Provisional Use Permit to allow a significant tobacco retailer to occupy a 1,320 square foot tenant space in an existing multi-tenant commercial building on a 0.44-acre site; and a determination that the project is categorically exempt pursuant to Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines (“Existing Facilities”). This project is located at the corner of El Camino Real and Mountain View Ave in the P(38) El Camino Precise Plan.
