Recommended Action
That the EPC provide input on the proposal for a mixed use development at 1255 Pear Avenue.
The proposal includes a 230,000 square foot office building and approximately 630 to 670 market rate residential units and approximately 110 to 130 Below Market Rate (“BMR”) units on a 17 acre site with an existing 174,604 square foot office building. This project site extends north of La Avenida Avenue to Space Park Way, between Inigo Way and Armand Avenue, in the P-39 (North Bayshore) Precise Plan District.
