Recommended Action

1.                     Adopt a motion waiving the reading of the Statement of the Engineer of Record.

 

2.                     Adopt a Resolution Adopting the Engineer’s Report for the Downtown Parking Maintenance and Operation Assessment District for Fiscal Year 2017-18 and Authorizing its Delivery to Santa Clara County, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1 to the Council report).
