Recommended Action
1. Appropriate and transfer $262,000 from Annual Traffic Studies/NTMP Improvements, Project 17-15, to 2016-17 Street Resurfacing and Slurry Seal Program, Project 17-01. (Five votes required)
2. Approve plans and specifications for 2016-17 Street Resurfacing and Slurry Seal Program, Project 17-01, and authorize staff to advertise the project for bids.
3. Authorize the City Manager to award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder if the low bid is within the project budget.
