North Bayshore Precise Plan Land Use and Transportation Topics.
Recommended Action
Present North Bayshore Precise Plan land use and transportation topics that are generally further refinements of previously presented topics and discussion related to the addition of residential uses in North Bayshore. The City Council is asked to discuss and provide input on these topics. No formal action will be taken at this meeting, and the direction provided will be incorporated in the final Precise Plan to be presented to the Environmental Planning Commission and City Council for adoption in the fall of 2017.
