Recommended Action
1. Approve a midyear capital improvement project, Recycled Water Feasibility Study Update, and transfer and appropriate $140,000 from the Water Fund to the new project. (Five votes required)
2. Authorize the City Manager or his designee to enter into a professional services agreement with Carollo Engineers for the Recycled Water Study Update in an amount not to exceed $111,000.
