Amend Professional Services Contracts and Increase Appropriations.
Recommended Action
1. Authorize the City Manager to amend the existing professional services contract with Mott MacDonald for an additional $100,000 for land development and traffic engineering services through June 30, 2018, for a total contract amount of $300,000.
2. Authorize the City Manager to amend the existing professional services contract with CSG Consultants for an additional $62,000 for land development engineering services through June 30, 2018, for a total contract amount of $160,000.
3. Authorize the City Manager to amend the professional services contract with Vali Cooper & Associates for an additional $630,000 for construction engineering services, for a total contract amount of $830,000.
4. Increase appropriations $690,000 in the Public Works Department, Development Services Fund. (Five votes required)
