Recommended Action
Provide input on potential alternative mitigations for SummerHill’s affordable housing obligations for the 355-415 East Middlefield TDR Gatekeeper project. If the City Council wishes to grant an alternative mitigation pursuant to the current Below-Market-Rate program, direct the applicant to work with staff on Alternative 2 in the staff report.
