Authorize the City Manager to amend a professional services agreement with AECOM of San Jose to prepare final plans, specifications, and estimates and bid documents and limited services during bidding and construction for the Northbound Shoreline Boulevard/101 Off-Ramp Realignment Design, Project 19-59, in the amount of $1,865,000.
