Recommended Action

1.  Review recommendations from the Rental Housing Committee;

2.  Receive input from the public and stakeholders regarding potential amendments to the Community Stabilization and Fair Rent Act (CSFRA); and

3.  Provide additional direction to staff regarding potential CSFRA amendments for staff to evaluate.
