Recommendation

1.                     Direct staff to initiate the recruiting process in November 2020 to fill Rental Housing Committee terms expiring April 17, 2021 and the currently vacant alternate seat, with applicant interviews and appointments by the City Council on or before December 8, 2020.

2.                     Direct staff to return to Council with steps to align the Rental Housing Committee recruitment and appointments timeline with the City’s other advisory bodies.
