Recommended Action
1. Appropriate and transfer the remaining balance of approximately $2,625,000 from Miscellaneous Water Main/Service Line Replacement, Project 20-21, to Miscellaneous Water Main/Service Line Replacement, Project 17-21. (Five votes required)
2. Approve plans and specifications for Miscellaneous Water Main/Service Line Replacement, Project 17-21, and authorize staff to advertise the project for bids.
3. Authorize the City Manager to award a construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder if the low bid is within project budget.
