1. Transfer and appropriate $450,000 from the Park Land Dedication Fund to San Antonio Mini-Park (Fayette Park), Project 21-48. (Five votes required)
2. Approve plans and specifications for Fayette Park and authorize staff to advertise the project for bids.
3. Authorize the City Manager or designee to award the construction contract to the lowest responsible bidder if the bid is within the project budget.
