Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute a professional services agreement with Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc., of San Jose to provide inspection and design services for 2020/21 City Bridges and Culverts Structural Inspection and Repairs, Project 21-52, in an amount not to exceed $155,000.
