San Antonio Area Sewer Main Improvements, Project 19-45-Construction Contract and Professional Services Agreement Amendments
Recommended Action
1. Authorize the City Manager or designee to amend the construction contract with Basset Engineering for San Antonio Area Sewer Main Improvements, Phase 1, Project 19-45, to add $503,000 to the contingency budget for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $3,064,362.
2. Authorize the City Manager or designee to amend the professional services agreement with Tanner Pacific, Inc., a California corporation (Entity No. 3876190), for an additional amount of $150,000 to provide additional construction management and inspection services for San Antonio Area Sewer Main Improvements, Phase 1, Project 19-45, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $382,740.
