Recommended Action
Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Mountain View Finding That the Action Taken and Activities Approved Herein are Not Projects Subject to California Environmental Quality Act Procedures, and Authorizing the City Manager or Their Designee to: (1) Enter Into a Memorandum of Agreement With the Resilient Facilities Coalition (RFC), a Multi-Organization Coalition for Climate and Community Resilience Projects; and (2) Apply for Grant Funds Available Under California Proposition 4 and Related Programs in an Amount Estimated to be a Maximum of $35.0 Million, Including as a Lead or Partner Agency, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1 to the Council report).
