Recommended Action
Discuss the 13 change areas previously identified for Option 2A with a draft subzone designation of R3-D1 and an approximate maximum density of 50-75 dwelling units per acre at the study session on March 25, 2025, and provide direction on any changes to the desired density for these change areas.
