Recommended Action

Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Mountain View: (1) Approving a Special Event Permit and Sound Amplification Permit for the German Holiday Market Special Event, Subject to Conditions; (2) Approving the Closure of Certain Public Streets in the Downtown Area on Friday, December 12, 2025 at 12:01 p.m., through Sunday, December 14 at 1 a.m., for the German Holiday Market Special Event Pursuant to California Vehicle Code Section 21101(e); and (3) Delegating Authority to the Community Services Director for Future German Holiday Market Events, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1 to the Council report).
