Payment to Mountain View Whisman School District for Vargas Elementary School Field
Recommended Action
1. Accept the field improvements at Vargas Elementary School installed by the Mountain View Whisman School District for maintenance and operation throughout the term of the Joint Use Agreement for the Recreational Use of School Sites between the City and the Mountain View Whisman School District.
2. Adopt a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Mountain View Authorizing the City Manager or Designee to Reimburse the Mountain View Whisman School District a Total of Seven Hundred Thousand Dollars ($700,000) as the City’s Share of the Cost to Install the Field Improvements at Vargas Elementary School, to be read in title only, further reading waived (Attachment 1 to the Council report).
