Recommended Action
Request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an indoor fitness center “The Exercise Coach” in an existing 1,005 square foot commercial tenant space in a commercial building on a 6.82-acre project site; and a determination that the project is categorically exempt pursuant to Section 15301 of the CEQA Guidelines (“Existing Facilities”). This project is located on the west side of Miramonte Avenue in between Cuesta Drive and Rose Avenue in the CN (Commercial-Neighborhood) Zoning District.
